About the Author

From Rural Beginnings to Spiritual Awakening

Winsome grew up in rural Jamaica, where long walks beneath mango trees and quiet moments by the river gave birth to curiosity. She did not yet know that those early questions about God, purpose, and identity would one day define my life’s journey.

Raised under the guidance of a principled and disciplined father, Keener learned the value of education, restraint, and responsibility. Obedience was expected. Excellence was required. Love was steady even when it was quiet.

My journey led me through boarding homes, academic milestones, church altars, inner battles, and ultimately a life-changing decision to leave the familiar and step into the unknown.
